Here at Global Education Plus we have had an unusual year.
Did you ever have an experience in your life that seemed to be a very difficult one, and yet when you took a good look at the experience later, it was much better than you thought it could be?
IN 2008
There were hurricanes, storms, revolutions,
the collapse of the money market, an election that lasted forever, the potential demise of General Motors, Ford and Chrysler
along with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
and now
WHAT A YEAR !!
Our Founder is retiring.
the well went dry, almost.
Travel became more difficult.
The GEP Board wondered what move to make next
and each of us wondered what to do with GEP
after 15 years of some amazing accomplishments.
THEN…
Encouraging reports began to come in from
A Teacher’s Training Event was completed in
A Second Training Event in
A Third Teacher Event will be conducted in
In these first two events fifty (50) teachers attended. 9531 students were impacted in four countries;
GEP invested $7,000 in each Teacher Training Event, a total of $21,000
made available through your kind donations.
GEP hopes to FUND three (3), possibly 4,
Teacher Training Events in 2009.
